Cash Flow Satisfaction- or Else! - Pick A TruckingFactoring Company  Instead Of A Regular Bank Funding

Exactly how to Increase Money Flow Without Loaning -Cash Money flow is one of the primary reasons companies fail.

At one time or another, every company, even effective ones, have actually experienced poor cash flow.

Cash flow does not have to be an issue any more. Do not be deceived -- banks are not the only locations you can get financing. Other solutions are offered and you do not have to borrow. What is truck factoring ? One solution is called truck factoring. Truck Factoring is the process of selling accounts receivable to a financier rather than waiting to gather the cash from the customer. Oh, the Irony- Trucking factoring has a paradoxical difference: It is the financial backbone of many of America's most successful companies. Why is this paradoxical ? Because staffing factoring is not instructed in business colleges, is rarely mentioned in company plans and is relatively unidentified to bulk of most of American company people.

Yet it is a monetary procedure that frees billions of dollars every year, allowing countless businesses to grow and succeed. Commercial Factoring has been around for thousands of years. Invoice Factoring Businesses are investors who pay money for the right to get the future payments on your invoices. An overdue receivable or invoice has value. It is a debt your customer has to pay in the near future. Factoring Principals--Although factoring offers exclusively with business-to-business deals, a big percentage of the retail company utilizes a factoring principal. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express all use a type of factoring in their retail deals. Utilizing the purest meaning of the word, these large customer finance companies are truly simply big Receivable Financing Businesses of consumer paper. Consider it: You purchase at Sears and charge it to your MasterCard. The shop gets paid almost instantly, although you do not pay up until you are prepared.

For this service, the credit card business charges Sears a charge (typical common normal charges range from two to 4 percent of the sale). The Benefits Invoice Factoring can offer many benefits to cash-hungry companies. Instead of waiting 30, 60, 90 days or longer for payment on an item that has actually already been delivered, a business can factor (sell) its receivables for money at a small price cut off the amount of the invoice. Payroll, marketing efforts, and working capital are simply a few of the company needs that can be met with instant  money.

Accounts Receivable Factoring provides the ways for a producer to renew inventory and make more products to offer: There is no longer a need to await for earlier sales to be paid. FACTORING is not just a cash management tool for producers: Practically any type company can take advantage of Receivable Funding. Generally, a business that extends credit will have 10 to 20 percent of its yearly sales bound in invoices at any given time. Think for a moment about how much is tied up in 60 days' worth of invoices: You can not pay the power bill or this week s payroll with a client s invoice, but you can sell that invoice for the money to satisfy those responsibilities. Using truck factoring companies is a quick and simple process. The factor purchases the invoice at a discount, typically a couple of portion points less than the stated value of the invoice.

It is the largest city of Spokane County of which it is also the county seat, second largest city in the state of Washington, and the metropolitan center of the Inland Northwest region. The city is located on the Spokane River in eastern Washington, 92 miles (148 km) south of the Canadian border, approximately 20 miles (32 km) from the WashingtonIdaho border, and 232 miles (373 km) east of Seattle.David Thompson explored the Spokane area and began European settlement with the westward expansion and establishment of the North West Company's Spokane House in 1810. Nelson Truck and Haul has been in business since the mid 1980s. They've delivered goods for nearly every major industry in the nation and for 20 plus years, business was booming as they've traversed the country in all weather for all clients. During the boom times from 2002 to 2007 Nelson Truck & Haul was the mastermind of a top-rated accounts receivable in the trucking industry. Few customers were ever late on bills and those clients who were, were sure to turn in their late payments within a reasonable amount of time. Cash was flowing and times were good for all.But a short year later, in the fall of 2008, when the United States economy took a nosedive and businesses both small and large began to feel the pinch on their pocketbooks, those that used to make their demands had suddenly and largely gone silent. Business slowed to a crawl

. Worse still, it was noticed by Nelson in early 2008 that even though most of their loyal customers were on time with their payments, there were a few late bloomers who were starting to spread the disease. And as spring turmed to summer and summer into the early days of fall, Jerry Butler, CEO of Nelson felt a chill go down his spine whenever he would look at the weekly A/R reports. The number of clients who were late in their payments was continuing to grow.He had already been to the administrators to ask what the actual problem was. Were they doing things different, or wrong, when it came to collecting overdue accounts? When checking his bookkeeper's records this was definitely not the case. He thought perhaps that he was losing clients to a competitor who offered rock-bottom prices with little to no guarantee of quality performance, and that the folks who owed Nelson money had jumped ship and decided to leave him holding the bag.

. Perhaps they were unable to pay their debt to him, but were able to meet the costs of a lesser service. So he did the necessary research and, after discussions with friends in the same field, he realised that no, his customers hadn't gone anywhere else. The had just gone!.This current state-of-affairs was causing Jerry Butler to have some very restless nights. Jerry was very concerned, because there were constant overheads, goods to ship, employees to pay, and trucks which needed to be maintained, but there just wasn't the money coming back into the business. After work he would confide in his wife, Debra, and neither were unable to stop the constant worry over the lack of funds.""I have a bad feeling, Lin,"" he would say with deep woe.""Well, what do you think it is?"" she would ask.Jerry would stare off for a moment and then close eyes. He could see the fleet of trucks he had purchased over the years. He could see them traveling, bringing goods to all of his clients. But then a haze would cover his trucks and his vast fleet would vanish to leave just a few. What on earth was happening to create the death of his business?""I know what it is,"" said Jerry. ""For way too long I've been relying solely on profits received from invoices. I've let too many of our customers go too long without paying on their bills."" All Debra could do was hold his hand and look at him tenderly. 'We know it is a difficult economy at the moment - perhaps it will take a while for people to get on top of their bills'.""Jerry knew very well that Debra was only trying to help, but his responsibilities weighed heavily on his shoulders and he knew he had better do something soon to resolve this situation. The next day Jerry strolled into his office and was determined to sit down and make every phone call to every client who had owed Nelson money. This wasn't really a very efficient way for a Chief Executive to spend his day, and Jerry knew he should be overseeing all the other sides of the business, such as shipments and deliveries, approaching prospective customers, or working with his sales team. But, he felt like he was doing something proactive to help his business, even though he had staff on salary to do just that thing. A waste of time - a waste of money - he had the best intentions, but all the while Jerry was realising just how much trouble he was in.Poor Jerry spent the whole morning trying in vain to contact his debtors: they promised to call back, dodged his calls, or made small interest-only payments. He was beginning to feel quite despaired when his secretary knocked on his door.

""Jerry, can I have a word?"" she asked standing in the doorway.

""Of course Edna, please come in."" Jerry relaxed back into his chair and looked up at Ednaerley.""Well Jerry, this afternoon I did some research, trying to work out how we are going to get out of this mess."" She opened up a folder she had been carrying and pulled out a small wad of papers, placing them on the desk in front of him.""Have you ever heard of factoring?"" she asked.""It sounds vaguely familiar. What is factoring""? he asked.""Well,"" she began, ""Its actually quite simple really.

Basically, factoring invoices means that we would get paid immediately for the loads we haul.""Immediately?"" Jerry interrupted.""Yes, immediately,"" she continued, ""In a nutshell, it is pretty easy. We can have an expert account manager review our numbers and help us complete a company profile. That profile will also include investigating our accounts receivable aging reports, our existing customer credit limits and so on. Additionally, the factoring will help to determine the creditworthiness of our customers independent of their credit history with our business. Its a broad view.""I see, Jerry said. And then what?""Following the completion of their review and once we have been approved for a contract with the factoring company, then we sit down to negotiate conditions and terms. You'll be surprised at the amount of flexibility, all dependent upon the credit histories and business volume.

This company tells us what the cost will be to purchase factoring for our accounts receivable. Once we arrive at a mutual agreement, the funding begins.Leaning forward, Jerry studied the documents very closely.""It sounds too good to be true, Edna,"" he said.""Yes, I know; that's exactly what I thought at the beginning. But really, they have guaranteed us experts that do all the legwork, which would free us up here to focus on our clients in good standing and marketing, all that good stuff. They appear to be very flexible, Jerry,"" she underlined a paragraph on the paper before him.""How flexible?"" asked Jerry.""It seems that they personalize their factoring charges so that the amount they're prepared to work with is commensurate with our client's debt and our needs. It only takes 2 to 4 days for this to be figured out. ""That sounds pretty good, seeing as we tapped ourselves out with bank loans last year to repair the fleet and money sure is tight. We need to keep business rolling as normal and every day were going unpaid, were closer to facing some serious problems in both the short and long term,"" Jerry said.Jerry took in a long slow breath, then looked at his secretary with something like hope in his eyes.""Exactly. This could be the answer to our prayers: it will solve many problems we are facing due to these unpaid debts.""Jerry thought about this and agreed with Ednaerley. The clients who owed them money were long standing friends and professional resources of Nelson. They did not want to throw away these relationships because they were having trouble paying their bills now. Jerry knew that the economy had taken a hit and he knew that it would probably be a long time before things started to look up again. If he did not handle these debtors in the right way, that unknown amount of time could spell disaster for all of them. He did not want to lose business but he also did not want to lose any more money.""Let me go over this tonight Edna, and thankyou."" Edna nodded, satisfied with her work, and she left the office feeling quite content in the knowledge that she had helped Jerry keep the shirt on his back, and possibly hers too.Jerry stayed at his desk for a long time, looking over the details they hadn't discussed during their meeting. What other issues could freight factoring help Nelson with? With his pencil gliding down the sheet he noticed that the factoring company could help fray the cost of fuel with fuel discount cards and fuel advances. Jerry was surprised: it said that his company could get up to fifty percent cash advances on load pickups. As a man who hated binding contracts with no room to breathe, he was pleased to see that this factoring company would not make him sign a long term contract, would not make him pay any sign up fees and there was no minimum volume required.""I must tell Howard the good news,"" Jerry muttered to himself.Howard is Jerry's son-in-law, and he really admired the ideas behind Nelson, so much so that only two years before he had started his own transportation service business. Jerry knew then what struggles Howard would face but he encouraged him nonetheless. With the economy the way it was, if an established company such as Nelson was struggling then the little guys, like Howard, were going to be in even more trouble. Perhaps the antidote to these problems was in freight factoring, and they were about to find out.A few short months later, after completing the application process, having the legal experts review his credit history, accounts receivable, and statements, finally Jerry was beginning to find his way out of the hole his debtors had created for him. They took on reasonable factoring purchase contracts and stopped spending their precious man hours scrambling to collect debt. They used that time to refocus their efforts in being competitive in new territories. Jerry recalled those dismal months when he wasn't aware of freight factoring, and he shuddered at those memories. Had he missed the boat on this one, he probably wouldn't be in business today.

Factoring in the Future of a Trucking Business: A Story Edwin Boyd let the phone ring on his desk. His morning coffee cooled and his cigarette smoked away in the tray: Edwin is thinking, and pondering the biggest decision he's ever had to make for his trucking business. Boyd Trucking Company had reached a turning point and he now had to make a decision as to whether he should sign up with a factoring company, and indeed if this would be a good or regrettable decision for his business.

More than forty years ago Edwin's father had started this business working as an owner-operator and eventually growing Boyd Trucking Company into a fifteen trailer fleet. There had been some hard times when it seemed everything was going to go under and even Edwins mother strapped herself into a cab to make hauls. His father had lived long enough to witness the price of hires drop during the recession and watch the eruption of fuel prices afterwards. But now things were different: the company was in Edwin's hands and he needed to ensure that this business would be left in great shape for his sons.

To move Boyd Trucking Company ahead into the future, he needed a steady cash flow but there was just not enough money to go around. His employees needed to be paid. They had families and household bills too. Some of the refrigerated trailers were in need of repairs and he felt to stay competitive it was also a good idea to invest in specialized haulers to be ready for the constant requests he was getting for loads of new energy and agriculture equipment. Every time he had to turn down a request, Boyd Trucking looked weak in a very strong market.

His father would have told him to wait and to take his time adding on new technology. Edwin chuckled, thinking about his father. He remembered when his father was totally against installing GPS units in the cabs. His Dad would say ""Why on earth do you need some stranger telling you to get off the exit that everyone knows has been there for years? He smiled to himself as he remembered his father poking fun at the other drivers who switched to automatic, even though automatic was quite obviously more efficient (though less manly). His father days were long gone and technology was actually an important improvement for the business such as having Qualcomm to cut down on fruitless time communicating on the phone for bills of lading.

Edwin believed a successful man is always thinking of his next step. What would be the next step for Boyd Trucking? More importantly, how could he afford it? Business funding was tied up in fuel bills and the mortgage for the garage and office. He just finished paying off the small bank loan for installing satellite radio in the trucks for the guys.

But was factoring the answer? There was a lot he didnt understand about the process. It sounded a lot like ninth grade algebra which just didnt feel like it belonged as part of the trucking business. A factoring company actually purchases your invoices and takes control of your accounts receivable, payment being a certain percentage of the amount invoiced. The factoring company gives the trucking business its payment right away which allows the business to have continuous cash flow so it can pay employees, buy fuel, and make repairs for upcoming hauls. Without this assistance, you're placed in the position of waiting for payment from your customers, and this can often be thirty days, or more. In those 30 days, a trucking company cant pay its bills and employees in invoices.

Edwin had to really consider what his next step was going to be. He had heard of companies charging for same day money transfers, advancing a percentage of the money owed to your business, while the rest is held in a private account if the bill wasn't paid within sixty or more days. Plus it was worse still if the customer didnt pay up at all because then the factoring company would take it right out of the money supposed to be coming to you! He'd even heard about some companies putting you onto a sliding percentage scale regardless of any previously signed contracts for possibly 3% or 7%, and there you are now with 10% coming as a charge to you out of the freight bill. His colleague, Ronnie, who owned a trucking company in Missouri, was nearly destroyed by a factoring company who charged him the full freight bill on top of the fees for factoring. Well, what was the point of going to a factoring company if there was shady business like that going on?

However, it all turned out to be very simple. When he called the factoring companies he discovered they were very open about their business practices, and very friendly and helpful. Their customer service actually knew things about their company and spoke in nice clear English so he could understand what was being explained. He didnt mind signing an exclusive contract. In fact, he was quite pleased with the idea of a long-term contract because he knew this was a one-off and he would not have to keep going back and forth to different companies. He was not charged for a credit check, and in addition he was offered a fuel advance on the pick-up of a load. In fact there were a few companies who offered him a non-recourse factoring program, and this was exactly what he had been hoping for. Also he was happy to hear how much he was offered in terms of percentages on the freight bills. It sounded like a great scheme to him.

It was really refreshing dealing with the factoring people. They were extremely helpful and more personable than the bank staff. He was relieved to note that the factoring companies understood the trucking business and discussed business with him like a respected client, not like someone looking for a handout. The factoring companies were not interested in his credit nor the financial problems his father had experienced in the past. Factoring was based on the credit of his customers and on their reliability which worked well for Edwin because he and his father had built up good strong relationships over decades with their list of clients. He knew immediately that there would not be any problems when they were contacted by the factoring company regarding their invoices. His clients wouldnt think poorly of Boyd Trucking and the factoring companies appeared capable of handling the accounts receivable in the same polite manner that his father had used over the years.

Edwin stepped out of his office to let his secretary know to expect the arrival of the factoring contract shortly. He felt exhilarated by the new possibilities that would make the future of the company fun again and put the stress of the difficult times behind him. He suddenly realized that, with this new cash flow, he could actually expand Boyd Trucking Company and who knows, move into Canada, which had always been his dream. His heart felt full knowing his sons wouldnt have to worry about money because of the right decisions he had made for their trucking business.

Trucking Factoring  Articles

So It is not a loan? asked Steve Allen, reclining back into his chair and crossing his legs. The woman sitting across the desk from Steve smiled at him, shaking her head. No, not exactly, she stated.Steve Allen owned a small trucking company, and his business had recently fallen on difficult times. Certainly the trucking business can be an extremely profitable venture, and for many years it had been that way for Terrance. His company was called Stanley Trucking, named after both of his grandfathers, Stephen and Roberto. Both of these men had been very hardworking and had set a great example for Terrance.Disaster had struck half a year ago, when two trucks in Terrances fifteen truck fleet went down. One was a roll-over and ended up in the trucking graveyard: the other was involved in a serious and costly accident. Steve depended on his full fleet, and missing two trucks was devastating . In addition, he just did not have the available cash to buy a new truck, plus repair the other one.Paying of bills in the trucking industry is always a major cause for concern for businesses.

Waiting a month or longer for bills to be paid was quite normal. This system works okay as long as no problems arise, but if they do, then things can get quite sticky.Steve was an excellent business man, and he certainly hadn't done anything wrong. Things had happened that he could not have predicted, and he had to figure out a way to keep his business from hurting, or even going under.Thats where the woman across the desk came in. Her name was Miriam and she worked for a factoring company. He had accidentally come across her company one night when he was working late, searching the internet to see if there was some solution to his financial dilemma. She sat there now, and explained. Its not a loan, we purchase your accounts receivable. we are not giving you finance to be repaid later: we are purchasing something from you, and when you can you can buy it back. That way were protected from a complete loss, but youre protected from the outrageous fees you would find in a loan from the bank.Steve agreed. It sounded perfect - perhaps too good?.Miriam laughed. I'm not sure that you believe me, she said.Oh no, I do: it just sounds too good to be true. I actually thought I might end up losing my business.Miriam smiled, agreeing. We get that a lot. There's no way we want to see you lose your business. We know how hard you work, and that you've invested everything in your business. Sometimes you need help. Thats what were here for.""In any case, thank you for coming to see me.""Its right down the road, usually we do it all online, but I didnt mind swinging on by today, Miriam said with a smile. Let's work out a solution to your problem. And right there and then they created a business profile. Steve completed the form, with Miriam offering advice as needed.

The completed profile gave Miriam and her company all the information they needed on Terrance's business, and with this information they would determine if this business would in fact be suitable for Factoring. In truth, not all companies were. Some businesses are beyond the help of a Factoring company, while other businesses weren't in enough financial stress to warrant it. As Steve completed his form, Miriam listened to his story and she felt quite sure he would be the ideal candidate for Factoring. When the form was done Miriam took it and slid it into her briefcase. Standing up, she reached over the desk and shook Terrance's hand. He also stood up, and they smiled at each other. They said their goodbyes and Steve walked her to the door, and then returned to his office. His employees were there, seven who worked in the office, and as he sat behind his desk once more he heard the familiar clack of fingers on keyboards, the electronic whine of the copy machine. He shut his eyes. He had felt so helpless lately, was sure the whole thing was collapsing, and would take him with it. Talking to Miriam though, learning about factoring, it felt like a weight had been lifted from his shoulders. He relaxed into his chair, running his hand through his thick black hair with its telling streaks of grey. All those long, sleepless nights. The sudden panic attacks, not matter where he was. He could feel it all fading away. He knew it wasn't over yet and that there was still a way to go, but he could just feel everything start to change for him. He was there, he was on the right path, and he was working to make things right. His mind wandered back to the very beginning, when he first started his business. He had opened a restaurant at age twenty two when he was fresh out of school. It had been really successful. Offering home cooking in his own hometown, his business had really prospered. But it wasn't what he really wanted to do. His passion didnt lie with the food industry. He thought long and hard, and then he decided to sell the restaurant. He took six months off, and during that time he decided to create Stanley Trucking. And that's exactly what he did. Once again he built a company from the ground up. The business had been an instant success. And then the trucks went down, and his success looked to be in flux. He was about to turn fifty. He didnt think he had it in him, to save this company. But he couldnt give up. The idea of cutting his losses, shutting down, laying off his workers, it actually made him sick some nights. He did not want to quit - both for himself and for his staff members. And now it seemed as though he would not have to - all because of Factoring. Terrance's eyes opened, he sat forward in his chair and turned on his computer. He had lots to do. There would be plenty of time later to be thankful, but for now it was time to get back to work.

Invoices, checks, and the like could take some time to actually to be taken care of which could leave you with temporary cash flow problems. Striving to get paid out promptly can end up being an unbelievable trouble and this is precisely why you employ trucking factoring organizations who are happy to help out truckers particularly.

As all of us understand, trucking is an extremely big industry with lots of organizations out there hiring hundreds of vehicle drivers. The sad thing is, plenty of these drivers wind up in money dilemmas since they are still waiting for work from six weeks back to actually pay them. When this is the situation for a truck organization, depending on factoring providers for solutions maybe the finest alternative left.

This indicates that a truck company can provide the salaries of the crew, keep all the cars loaded with gas and continue to go up, evolve and expand without constantly waiting for the cash which is taking too long to come in. Trucking Business enterprises functioning without a factoring program established are leaving themselves at significant hazard, as competitors cash out promptly and go on to develop.

There's genuinely very little to be stressed about when it comes to employing a Factoring firm-- they typically are not like a banking company or somebody who is going to leave you with a massive heap of personal debt to pay back. You give them authentic invoices from job you have already finished , you are only accelerating the repayment process.

In the United States, where trucking firms thrive, factoring establishments are not considered accepting loan of in any capacity. This confidential deal then enables both groups to profit and delight in a convenient future-- it provides the factoring business a warranted resource of income to include in the list and it provides the trucking business the needed funds that they worked hard to gain.

The trucking establishment provides their statements to the factoring business. The trucking factoring firm then acquire the payments from the trucking company's clients. Factoring has been all around for hundreds of years and has been used for many years by several varied business-- but none more so than truckers. While you may well miss out on a small part of the money, something like 1-3 % depending upon who you work with, it indicates that you are receiving the funds today and can actually begin setting the resources to perform.

Anyway, an IOU or an invoice is certainly not going to fund bills, is it? For trucking companies when the finances can be very good one day and gone the next, it is up to the vehicle drivers to work sensibly and to make sure they are leaving themselves with a significant measure of time and finance to get through the week until they are handed over once more.

So the next time your trucking enterprise is bearing some temporary cash flow challenges and you are investing a lot of time chasing inactive paying clients, why not begin considering using a factoring companies as a means to get your money and give yourself a more comfortable future in the eyes of your trucking staff and your bank difference?

Bank Loans

Bank loans are an extremely traditional way for a business to get financing. These loans can be a life-saver, but they're not always available to every business. As an example, a newly formed business may not have the required assets to qualify for a bank loan, and even if they did, it is usual practise for a bank to use the business itself as collateral. This means that if you default on your loan payment you could lose your entire business. In addition, while you apply for a certain loan amount, that is all the financing you are entitled to. Once the loan is paid off, you can then apply for another loan if the need arises.

Trucking Factoring Companies

Trucking Factoring companies do not offer loans, and you do not go into debt when you get money from a Trucking Factoring company. The finance you receive from the Trucking Factoring company is determined by money already earned by your business, but not yet received. The Trucking Factoring company purchases your accounts receivable, or part of them, for a certain percentage of their value - this is normally about 80-95%. The amount of finance you can receive will be based on the amount you have earned and the accounts receivable you are prepared to sell. Once a Trucking Factoring account has been created for you, it will continue for as long as you need it, with the money available continuing to grow as your business grows, and providing cash as you require it.

What Are The Benefits Of A Trucking Factoring Company Versus A Traditional Bank Loan?

While not every business can take advantage of Trucking Factoring account financing (you have to have a business that has account receivables) for those that can use this type of financing there are several distinct benefits.

1. There is no debt. Since the Trucking Factoring company actually buys your accounts receivable you do not actually incur debt like you do with a bank loan. One of the main benefits of this kind of financing is that your business credit rating and your personal credit rating will not be affected. Should the unforeseeable happen and your business fails, you will not have to worry about anyone coming after your personal as well as your business assets to pay off a loan. The debt goes onto your credit report with a bank loan, with only one missed payment adversely affecting your business credit: it would also affect your ability to secure insurance, and may reflect on your personal credit rating as well.

2. No Collateral Required. Another benefit of using a Trucking Factoring company instead of a traditional loan is that you are not required to provide collateral to the Trucking Factoring company in order to secure financing, because the company buys the accounts receivables; not loans you money based on them. In addition, while the Trucking Factoring company does run a credit check on your customers whose accounts receivables are offered for financing, the state of your credit is not an issue. This makes it easier for fledgling businesses to get the financing they need through a Trucking Factoring company (as long as their accounts receivables are in good order) then from a bank, who may not feel that you have been in business long enough to be worth the risk of issuing you a loan.

3. You'll receive the money faster. Using a Trucking Factoring company means that you'll get the finance quicker. The money will normally be in your account within 24 hours, once the Trucking Factoring company is confident that your customers accounts are likely to be paid. With a bank, there are vast amounts of paperwork, then the loan has to be underwritten, which can take months before you actually see the loan if it is approved.

4.Interest is Paid Up Front. Unlike a bank loan that continues to build interest that you have to pay the entire time you have your business loan with a Trucking Factoring company, you do not have to continue to pay interest as they take it right off the top, deducting it from the total amount of accounts receivable. So not only are you relieved of those monthly loan payments, but you also do not have to worry about the building up of interest, as every penny in the account is yours to spend on the business.

As you can see, there are several benefits that makes considering financing through a Trucking Factoring company over a traditional bank worthwhile. However, there are also a couple of other benefits that a factory company can offer your business is far beyond the scope of the bank. The main benefit is that once you've sold your accounts receivable to the Trucking Factoring company, you are free from having to collect money owed by your customers. Since these accounts belong to the Trucking Factoring company, this is now their job. Trucking Factoring companies are very good at collecting these debts, saving you the time and effort that you need to devote to your growing company.

Another bonus is that, because the Trucking Factoring company has evaluated the quality of your customers' credit before buying the accounts receivable, you learn valuable information regarding your customers, like which ones are likely to pay, and which ones are less likely to pay.A Trucking Factoring company is not the only method of gaining access to finance for the running and growing of your business, however it does offer a financing option well worth considering.
